Our knee-highs are long, pure wool socks made from 100% wonderful and honest organic wool, KBT-certified. The wool knee-highs feature a Norwegian motif with small stars. The knee-highs come in 2 colors, and we have these in several variations. Wool knee-highs are wool socks that you never have to wash! No, you read that correctly.
Wool has the fantastic property of being self-cleaning; hanging them out for a night (outside, or in the bathroom while you shower) is enough. Don't believe it? Then check out this video!

PURE WOOL KNEE-HIGH SOCKS MADE OF 100% WOOL

These long socks or knee-highs come to just below your knee and are great for wearing in boots. We sometimes even wear them over our trousers as leg warmers. The socks all have a beautiful Norwegian motif, which makes them particularly lovely. The socks have a few rows of elastic knitted into the very top cuff. You don't see or feel this, but it is important because it prevents the wool socks from sliding down. Nothing more annoying than sliding socks, right?

100% WOOL KNEE-HIGH SOCKS WILL GET HOLES....

There's nothing you can do about that. However, we have plenty of tips that can help extend the life of your 100% wool knee-highs. Wool socks simply invite you to wear them around the house, which is perfectly fine: but always do so in (well-fitting!!) shoes or slippers. If you wear 100% wool socks as house socks, they will wear out quickly and holes will appear. Incidentally, these are easy to "darn." We made a handy video for that, too. Furthermore, pure wool socks are super slippery: be careful when walking on stairs! Holes in your new wool socks are unfortunately not (entirely) preventable. Over time, 100% wool socks simply wear out faster than socks containing synthetic fibers. In addition, it is important that wool socks are not chosen too large or too small. Well-fitting footwear is also important to extend the lifespan of your socks. Why would you choose 100% wool socks despite this? Because there is NOTHING better than a pair of fine socks without the junk... The difference in comfort compared to socks with synthetic content is really much better. Smelly feet are a thing of the past!

With every order, you receive a booklet in which the maintenance of your wool socks is described in detail. From our years of experience, we have learned that alternating your wool socks significantly extends their lifespan. You don't just need 1 pair, but several pairs of wool socks. Always check your socks for wear after wearing them. As soon as you see that wear has occurred, you can start darning. Wool socks don't need to be washed, but they do need to be pampered :-)
