Sustainable gift vouchers

a sustainable gift voucher from Natur-el is always a good idea!

Don't know what to buy? Lacking inspiration? All you know is that it has to be sustainable? Then a sustainable gift voucher might be a good idea! When you buy a sustainable gift voucher from us, we make a celebration of it, as always! Your sustainable gift voucher is a physical voucher that is wrapped like a real gift, just as we do with all our orders.

Come up with your own unique code!

You can create your own unique code with us. Just add it to your comments field. The code must consist of letters but can also be a combination of numbers and letters. This makes your gift even more personal! We always write a personal message with your sustainable gift voucher. You can come up with this yourself as well. If you don't, don't worry, we'll just come up with one ourselves!

Gift vouchers and shipping costs

We treat gift vouchers just like any other product. We cover the shipping costs for orders over 75 euros. Would you prefer not to pay shipping costs for a voucher? We can also send you a code manually. This code can only be redeemed in the webshop, and in this case, you are responsible for providing a card or something else to wrap it in.

Returning an order paid for with a gift voucher

Gift vouchers are NEVER exchangeable for cash. Are you returning an order that was paid for with a gift voucher? You will not receive a refund, but a new gift voucher instead. Gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. The date is always stated on the gift voucher.
