How do the thick Hirsch Natur socks fit?
Hirsch Natur generally runs large. Are you in doubt between two sizes? Then choose the smaller size. A sock that is too large can slide or bunch up in your shoe, while a shoe that is too small with a thick sock may not leave enough room.

You don't have to wash wool socks as often
Wool has natural self-cleaning and odor-resistant properties. Often, airing them out overnight is sufficient. Do your socks need washing anyway? Follow the care label and use a wool wash cycle with minimal movement, a low temperature, and a low spin speed.
We recommend a mild wool detergent with lanolin, such as Lanalicious detergent for wool and silk. Do not use fabric softener and do not put the socks in the dryer.
