A knit worth pausing for
The name SNOWFLAKE didn't just come out of thin air, of course. Throughout the entire sweater – from the front and back to the sleeves – runs a sophisticated relief pattern with small integrated shapes. They look a bit like snowflakes, flowers, or stars, depending on how long you look at them. Either way: it is definitely not boring.

The SNOWFLAKE has a straight and relatively loose fit. In the photos, Vera is wearing size L. On the photo where the sweater is worn completely loose over the trousers, you can also clearly see how long it falls: to about the hip.
Do you want to wear the sweater comfortably and a bit loose? Choose your usual size. If you are between two sizes or prefer a slightly more fitted look, take the smaller one.
Because of the loose fit, you can also style it in many different ways. Wear it loose for maximum warmth and comfort, or tuck the front into your trousers or skirt. This gives the sweater a more relaxed, casual look and adds more shape to the silhouette. No complicated styling tricks, just an instant different effect.
The color BLUE
BLUE is not a harsh, bright color, but a soft, heathered blue tone with a slightly greyish appearance. As a result, it is almost as easy to combine as a neutral color. It looks beautiful with dark blue denim, black, grey, or cream, but is also surprisingly nice with rust, cognac, or burgundy.

Store your knit sweater properly
Always store this sweater lying flat and do not leave it on a clothes hanger for long periods. Alpaca is supple and a knit sweater has some weight. When you hang it up, the knit can slowly stretch out. This can cause the sweater to become longer and create unsightly bumps at the shoulders.
Fold it neatly and store it lying flat in the closet. This way, the SNOWFLAKE will retain its original shape much better. A small effort that prevents sagging and allows you to enjoy your sweater for much longer.
You hardly need to wash alpaca
Let the sweater air out well after wearing. Hang it over a chair temporarily or lay it flat in an airy place. Airing it outside in the shade or briefly in the bathroom is often enough to freshen it up.
Does it need to be washed after all? Use a wool wash program at a low temperature, with a low spin cycle and a small amount of suitable wool detergent. We recommend our LANALICIOUS wool and silk detergent. Do not soak the sweater and never wring it out.
After washing, gently reshape the sweater and let it dry flat. Do not tumble dry, do not put it on the radiator, and do not hang it wet on a hanger. Wet knitwear is extra heavy and can therefore stretch out easily.
What do you do if the sweater starts to pill?
With a soft natural fiber like alpaca, small pills can form due to friction. This happens mainly under the arms, along the sides, and in places where a bag or coat rubs against the fabric. Pilling is normal and does not mean your sweater is of poor quality.
Use a Gleener fabric shaver to gently remove the pills. Lay the sweater flat and use the appropriate fine edge. Work slowly and without pressing hard, so you do not damage the beautiful relief pattern.
