HOCOSA Wool silk turtleneck women BLUE
HOCOSA Turtleneck made of wool and silk for women organic wool
We always say, do yourself a favor, and treat yourself to a little wool. But what exactly is a "little wool"? Generally, we mean our wool silk underwear. However, this can just as easily be a lovely turtleneck sweater made of wool and silk like this one. It is best to wear wool underwear directly against your bare skin. Wool is a hollow fiber, which allows it to adopt and insulate your body temperature. Because of the scales, like those in your own hair, wool breathes, unlike its synthetic "friends".
This turtleneck is made of 70% merino wool and 30% silk
The wool is organic and certified with the GOTS certificate. This is actually the very best you can find in organic wool. This shirt has a close fit. Wool and wool silk are extremely stretchy, but it looks best when it fits snugly, as that allows the wool to do its job most effectively.
In principle, you do not need to wash wool. You take best care of your wool if you let it rest for 24 hours after wearing it. You can hang your undershirt, shirt, or long-sleeve in the bathroom or outside for a night to air it out. The lanolin reinforces this self-cleaning process. When wool gets a little bit damp, this becomes slightly "soapy". It is not strange to go half a year without washing your wool. However, it is important to air out your wool.
After washing, pull your shirt into shape, especially lengthwise. If you don't do this, it can shrink during washing. If you pull your shirt back into shape lengthwise, it will stay nice and long. Handy, because then you can tuck it into your trousers or skirt. Keeps your back nice and warm.
