Warm feet are super important for feeling comfortable. Everyone who has ever had cold feet in bed knows that it is very difficult to fall asleep. With warm feet, you are much better able to keep yourself going. If you happen to be the chilly type, consider our wool-silk underwear as well. Just like your wool socks, these are made of organic wool and/or wool with silk. They lay a warm, enveloping layer around your body, which means you lose much less heat and this heat is regulated. This saves piles of lost energy. You will notice that you sleep better and are much less fatigued. Make sure you wear the socks in well-fitting footwear. If they are too tight, it will restrict your circulation and you will keep having cold feet.

Wool has the fantastic property of being self-cleaning,

These socks are not suitable as slippers. 100% wool wears out faster than wool socks with a synthetic fiber mixed in. The comfort of wool socks, however, is much higher than socks with synthetic fibers in them. Wear proper shoes and/or slippers. If you see that the socks are getting thinner, darn them with darning wool. That is a very simple and fun task.

With every order, you receive a booklet that describes the care of your wool socks in detail. From our years of experience, we have learned that alternating your wool socks significantly extends their lifespan. So, you don't need 1, but several pairs of wool socks. Always check your socks for wear after wearing them. As soon as you see that wear has occurred, you can start darning. Wool socks don't need to be washed, but they do need to be pampered :-)
