Hirsch Natur thin Norwegian wool socks for children and babies

Just like for adults, we also have our thin wool socks with a Norwegian pattern for children and babies. These thin wool socks in beautiful colors are made of 100% organic wool and are manufactured in Germany. Warm feet are very important not only for adults, but also for children.

You don't need to wash these thin wool socks for children.

Pure organic wool has the fantastic property of being self-cleaning, so simply hang these thin wool socks out overnight and you can wear them again the next day. You can wash them on a cold wool cycle. When hand washing, they can shrink due to temperature fluctuations. Therefore, always ensure that the wash water remains the same temperature. By washing wool exclusively in a wool cycle at low temperatures, you prevent the socks from shrinking.

Wool socks are not only nice and warm, but also slippery!

Please note! Wool socks are tempting to wear around the house, which is no problem at all: but always do so in shoes or slippers. If you wear 100% wool socks as house socks, they will wear out quickly and holes will develop. These are, by the way, easy to "darn". You can find instructions for this on YouTube. Additionally, wool socks are slippery: be careful when walking on stairs ? Unfortunately, holes cannot be completely avoided. Over time, 100% wool socks will wear out. It is also important that wool socks are not chosen too large or too small. Well-fitting footwear is also important to extend the life of your socks.

Wol is fantastisch

En dit is waarom:

Wol is een natuurlijk materiaal dat heerlijk warm aanvoelt en tegelijkertijd juist goed ademt. Het helpt je lichaamstemperatuur op een fijne manier in balans te houden, zodat je het minder snel te warm of te koud krijgt. Daarnaast kan wol veel vocht opnemen zonder klam aan te voelen, wat het extra comfortabel maakt. Door de natuurlijke eigenschappen blijft wol vaak langer fris, waardoor je het minder vaak hoeft te wassen. Ook is wol sterk, veerkrachtig en gaat het bij goed onderhoud jarenlang mee. Het is dus niet alleen fijn om te dragen, maar ook een mooie, duurzame keuze.

Was koud of lauw

Was wol altijd voorzichtig koud of op maximaal 30 graden, ALTIJD met een wolwasprogramma. Wol krimpt bij temperatuurswisselingen, deze heb je niet bij een wolwasprogramma. Let op, wolwas programma is en essentie anders dan het handwasprogramma!

Gebruik wolwasmiddel

Kies altijd een mild wolwasmiddel en vermijd gewone wasmiddelen, omdat die de wolvezel kunnen beschadigen.

Niet wringen of slepen

Behandel wol rustig, laat het niet zwaar uithangen als het nat is. Wring de wol nooit uit. Druk het water er voorzichtig uit en laat het kledingstuk plat drogen op een handdoek.

Luchten is het beste!

In principe volstaat luchten ook. Was alleen als het echt nodig is!
