Hirsch Natur thin wool socks for children Norwegian
Hirsch Natur thin Norwegian wool socks for children and babies
Just like for adults, we have our thin wool socks with a Norwegian pattern for children and babies as well. These thin wool socks in beautiful colors are made of 100% organic wool and are produced in Germany. Warm feet are very important, not just for adults, but for children too.
You don't need to wash these thin wool socks for children.
Organic pure wool has the fantastic property of being self-cleaning, so simply hang these thin wool socks out overnight and you can wear them again the next day. You can wash them on a cold wool cycle. When hand-washing, they can shrink due to temperature differences. Therefore, always ensure that the wash water is at a consistent temperature. By exclusively washing wool on a low-temperature wool cycle, you prevent the socks from shrinking.
Wool socks are not only comfortably warm but also slippery!
Please note! Wool socks are great to wear around the house, which is fine, but always do so while wearing shoes or slippers. If you wear 100% wool socks as house socks, they will wear out quickly and holes will develop. These are easy to "darn," by the way. You can find instructions for this on YouTube. Additionally, wool socks are slippery: be careful when walking on stairs? Unfortunately, holes cannot be completely avoided. Over time, 100% wool socks will wear out. Furthermore, it is important that wool socks are not chosen too large or too small. Well-fitting footwear is also important to extend the life of your socks.
