A blouse that basically makes your entire outfit. CYPRESS by RECOLUTION is fluid, feminine, and delightfully bold. We have it in two completely different prints: LEO and WATERDROP. The same lovely style, but with a completely different look.

The blouse is made of 100% LENZING™ ECOVERO™ viscose. This makes the fabric feel wonderfully smooth and soft, and it drapes very fluidly around your body. It’s not a stiff blouse, but one in which you look dressed up without it feeling like it.

What makes the RECOLUTION CYPRESS blouse so beautiful?

CYPRESS has a classic shirt collar and a full-length button placket, combined with a much looser, modern fit. The 7/8-length sleeves are roomy and have a little volume at the cuffs. There is also extra fabric at the back, which makes the blouse fall beautifully loose.

Which prints do we have for CYPRESS?

CYPRESS LEO

For anyone who thinks of animal print: yes, please. LEO is executed in warm brown, rust, and dark tones. This makes the print quite striking, but at the same time surprisingly easy to combine. Very nice with black, dark brown, denim, and all kinds of warm autumn colors.

CYPRESS WATERDROP

WATERDROP has a much softer look. The print almost looks like it was painted onto the fabric with watercolors: large organic spots in various purple and soft light tones. Still bold, but in a very different way than LEO.

How does the RECOLUTION CYPRESS blouse fit?

The CYPRESS has a comfortable, somewhat roomier fit. The blouse is not meant to sit tightly against your body. Choose your normal size if you want to wear it nicely loose, as shown in the photos.

The fluid ECOVERO™ fabric ensures that the extra room doesn't look bulky. You can therefore also very easily tuck a small part of it into your trousers at the front for a bit more shape.

How do you style CYPRESS?

The great thing about such a printed blouse is that you don't really have to do much else. A pair of black or dark brown trousers, some shoes, and you're done.

But CYPRESS also looks great with jeans, under a cardigan or jacket, or more formally with dress trousers. And do you want to wear it even more casually? Just leave a few buttons open and wear a simple camisole or shirt underneath.

What is LENZING™ ECOVERO™?

LENZING™ ECOVERO™ is a viscose fiber based on wood pulp from responsibly managed sources. According to LENZING, the production process uses significantly less water and fossil energy and emits less CO₂ compared to conventional viscose.

And just as important for wearing comfort: it results in a wonderfully soft, light, and fluid fabric. This is exactly why we love this material so much for blouses like this one.

How do you wash a blouse made of ECOVERO™ viscose?

This fine fabric deserves a little love. Wash the blouse inside out according to the wash label, preferably together with other delicate garments and with a mild detergent. Close zippers on other garments so they cannot damage the fabric, and do not overload the machine.

Take the blouse out of the machine immediately after washing and let it air dry. Avoid the tumble dryer.

Frequently asked questions about the RECOLUTION CYPRESS

Does the CYPRESS blouse run large?

It runs relatively large, which is part of the design. If you want the loose fit as shown in the photos, just choose your normal size.

What is the difference between LEO and WATERDROP?

Only the look is completely different. LEO has a warm, dark animal print and WATERDROP has a softer, abstract watercolor print in shades of purple. The style and material are the same.

Is CYPRESS suitable for wearing under a cardigan?

Yes. The ECOVERO™ viscose is thin and fluid, making it easy to combine with a cardigan or jacket. The print showing at the collar and cuffs makes such a combination extra fun.

Is ECOVERO™ synthetic?

No. ECOVERO™ is an artificially produced cellulose fiber with wood pulp as its raw material. It is therefore not the same as a synthetic fiber like polyester.

Is this blouse vegan?

Yes, CYPRESS is vegan.
