The pleats do the work
What makes the ETERNAL special is the asymmetrical draping. From one shoulder, soft pleats run diagonally across the chest and along the body. The fabric is also lightly gathered around the waist and hips.
This gives the top movement and depth without the need for prints, glitter, or other embellishments. The pleats make the design interesting and ensure that the supple fabric doesn't just hang straight against the body. Polished, feminine, and just a little different from that umpteenth black basic shirt.
The wide boat neckline sits beautifully along the shoulders and gives the top an elegant look. Depending on your physique, the neckline may sit a bit straighter or at more of an angle. That is part of the supple, draped shape of the design.

Don't be fooled by all the pleats: the ETERNAL is not a loose-fitting top. The style is fitted around your body, and the long sleeves are also slim. Thanks to the 8% spandex, the fabric is exceptionally elastic and moves with you with ease.
The top doesn't feel stiff or restrictive, but it does show the shape of your body. If you like your tops close-fitting, you can choose your usual size. If you are between two sizes, have broader upper arms, or want just a little less emphasis on your figure, take a size larger. A larger size still maintains the beautiful draping but provides a bit of extra room.
Modal you won't want to stop touching
Modal is a regenerated cellulose fiber known for its exceptionally soft and smooth feel. The jersey drapes well, feels light, and has a subtle sheen. That gives this black top a more luxurious appearance than a regular cotton shirt.

A soft fabric requires gentle attention
Important: this fine modal jersey is wonderfully soft but therefore also more sensitive to friction and sharp objects. Rough zippers, metal buckles, Velcro, hard belts, and bags that constantly rub against the same spot can cause snags, pilling, or damage.
Therefore, be especially careful with crossbody bags, coarse shoulder straps, and belts with sharp edges. An open zipper on a jacket or trousers can also rub against the fabric. Modal is durable, but a daily battle with a metal buckle usually results in the buckle winning.
Preferably do not wash the top together with garments featuring open zippers, hooks, or Velcro. If you want to be extra careful, use a laundry bag. This keeps the smooth fabric better protected during washing.
How to wash the ETERNAL top
Wash the top inside out at a maximum of 30 degrees and select a delicate wash cycle with a low spin speed. Use a small amount of mild detergent and wash with similar dark colors.
Close zippers and hooks on other garments completely, or wash the top separately in a laundry bag. Do not put the ETERNAL in the dryer. The heat and tumbling can affect the elasticity and soft structure of the fabric.
Let the top air dry. Because modal can become heavy when wet, it is best to dry it flat or neatly over a wide drying rack. Want to iron it? Do so inside out at a low temperature. Always check the care label inside the garment to be sure.
Vegan and produced under controlled conditions
The ETERNAL consists of modal and spandex and contains no animal fibers. The top is therefore vegan. It is produced in a factory that is audited through the SEDEX system.
