(H)onest 100% pure wool socks for the littlest ones? So beautiful, warm, and soft for the little ones: that's what you want, right? Our pure wool baby socks are available from size 15 to 22. Looking for larger sizes? Then take a look at our children's socks. They are available from size 23 to 34.

Made from pure 100% organic wool from Germany, where they are also knitted with love. The wool is certified, so you can be sure that the sheep have a good life,
and from happy sheep we get not only beautiful, honest wool, but also warm little feet!

You don't need to wash pure wool socks

You don't need to wash these pure wool socks either. Wool has the fantastic property of being self-cleaning. Simply hang your pure wool socks out for the night, and you can wear them again the next day. You may wash them on a cold wool cycle. It is important that there are no temperature differences, as these cause shrinkage.

Pure wool socks wear out

Wool socks are inviting to wear around the house, which is of course no problem: but always do so inside shoes or slippers. If you wear 100% wool socks as house socks, they will wear out quickly and holes will appear. These are incidentally easy to "darn". You can find instructions for this on YouTube. In addition, wool socks are slippery: be careful when walking on stairs! Unfortunately, holes cannot be completely prevented. Over time, 100% wool socks will wear out. Furthermore, it is important that wool socks are not chosen too large or too small. Properly fitting footwear is also important to extend the lifespan of your socks.

Wol is fantastisch

En dit is waarom:

Wol is een natuurlijk materiaal dat heerlijk warm aanvoelt en tegelijkertijd juist goed ademt. Het helpt je lichaamstemperatuur op een fijne manier in balans te houden, zodat je het minder snel te warm of te koud krijgt. Daarnaast kan wol veel vocht opnemen zonder klam aan te voelen, wat het extra comfortabel maakt. Door de natuurlijke eigenschappen blijft wol vaak langer fris, waardoor je het minder vaak hoeft te wassen. Ook is wol sterk, veerkrachtig en gaat het bij goed onderhoud jarenlang mee. Het is dus niet alleen fijn om te dragen, maar ook een mooie, duurzame keuze.

Was koud of lauw

Was wol altijd voorzichtig koud of op maximaal 30 graden, ALTIJD met een wolwasprogramma. Wol krimpt bij temperatuurswisselingen, deze heb je niet bij een wolwasprogramma. Let op, wolwas programma is en essentie anders dan het handwasprogramma!

Gebruik wolwasmiddel

Kies altijd een mild wolwasmiddel en vermijd gewone wasmiddelen, omdat die de wolvezel kunnen beschadigen.

Niet wringen of slepen

Behandel wol rustig, laat het niet zwaar uithangen als het nat is. Wring de wol nooit uit. Druk het water er voorzichtig uit en laat het kledingstuk plat drogen op een handdoek.

Luchten is het beste!

In principe volstaat luchten ook. Was alleen als het echt nodig is!
