Hirsch Natur wool non-slip socks for children

We are all for children playing! And things can get a bit wild sometimes, especially if they don't have to worry about falling hard. The anti-slip dots ensure that the wool socks are much less slippery. However, you still need to be careful on the stairs.

Made from 100% GOTS-certified organic wool, so you can be sure the sheep have a good life,
and happy sheep give us not only beautiful, fair wool, but also warm feet! These socks have dots: fortunately, they do not contain the dreaded plasticizers! By the way: wool socks with anti-slip dots are not wear-resistant: they will also wear out over time.

You do not need to wash these socks. Wool has the fantastic property of being self-cleaning.

So just hang them out overnight, and you can wear them again the next day! You can wash them on a cold wool cycle. If you want to know exactly how that works, you can also watch our vlog. In it, we explain in detail how this works with not washing socks.

Please note! Wool socks are great for wearing around the house, which is perfectly fine: but always do so in shoes or slippers. If you wear 100% wool socks as house socks, they will wear out quickly and holes will develop. These are easy to "darn," by the way. You can find instructions for this on YouTube. Furthermore, wool socks are slippery: be careful when walking on stairs? Holes unfortunately cannot be completely prevented. Over time, 100% wool socks will wear out. It is also important that wool socks are not chosen too big or too small. Properly fitting footwear is also important to extend the lifespan of your socks.

Wol is fantastisch

Daarnaast kan wol veel vocht opnemen zonder klam aan te voelen, wat het extra comfortabel maakt. Door de natuurlijke eigenschappen blijft wol vaak langer fris, waardoor je het minder vaak hoeft te wassen. Ook is wol sterk, veerkrachtig en gaat het bij goed onderhoud jarenlang mee. Het is dus niet alleen fijn om te dragen, maar ook een mooie, duurzame keuze.

Was koud of lauw

Was wol altijd voorzichtig koud of op maximaal 30 graden, ALTIJD met een wolwasprogramma. Wol krimpt bij temperatuurswisselingen, deze heb je niet bij een wolwasprogramma. Let op, wolwas programma is en essentie anders dan het handwasprogramma!

Gebruik wolwasmiddel

Kies altijd een mild wolwasmiddel en vermijd gewone wasmiddelen, omdat die de wolvezel kunnen beschadigen.

Niet wringen of slepen

Behandel wol rustig, laat het niet zwaar uithangen als het nat is. Wring de wol nooit uit. Druk het water er voorzichtig uit en laat het kledingstuk plat drogen op een handdoek.

Luchten is het beste!

In principe volstaat luchten ook. Was alleen als het echt nodig is!
