You do not need to wash wool socks and leg warmers. Simply hang them out in the bathroom, outside, on the balcony, or by a window after a day of wear. This activates their self-cleaning properties.

Please note! The leg warmers are circular-knit

that means there is always a beginning and an end. This end thread may sometimes become visible when the leg warmer is worn. No worries! This does not mean the quality of the leg warmer is poor or that it will fray. Stretching the wool leg warmer may cause the thread to poke out from the stitches: this is completely normal. If this happens to you, you can simply tie a knot in the thread and trim it.

Was koud of lauw

Was wol altijd voorzichtig koud of op maximaal 30 graden, ALTIJD met een wolwasprogramma. Wol krimpt bij temperatuurswisselingen, deze heb je niet bij een wolwasprogramma. Let op, wolwas programma is en essentie anders dan het handwasprogramma!

Gebruik wolwasmiddel

Kies altijd een mild wolwasmiddel en vermijd gewone wasmiddelen, omdat die de wolvezel kunnen beschadigen.

Niet wringen of slepen

Behandel wol rustig, laat het niet zwaar uithangen als het nat is. Wring de wol nooit uit. Druk het water er voorzichtig uit en laat het kledingstuk plat drogen op een handdoek.

Luchten is het beste!

In principe volstaat luchten ook. Was alleen als het echt nodig is!
