When the KINROSS sweaters from ERIBÉ arrived, we simply couldn't keep our hands off them. Neither could you, actually—they literally flew off the shelves. So, what did we do? We added the cardigan version to the collection, and it’s just as addictive. Made from 100% extra fine merino lambswool, featuring the iconic ERIBÉ colors and patterns you recognize instantly. This is the kind of cardigan you put on and think: yes, I’m going to be wearing this forever.

What makes the KINROSS so special?

ERIBÉ is based in Scotland and has been working with pure, natural materials for nearly 40 years. Each cardigan is designed with a love for craftsmanship and an eye for detail. The soft wool, the rich colors, the traditional patterns—it just works. And the best part? They are timeless. Which size should I choose?

The cardigans fit true to size, sometimes even a little generous. I wear a size M, which is my usual size 40. Do you want to cozy up in it? Then you can stick to your own size. It’s truly the kind of cardigan that begs to be snuggled into—and we couldn't agree more.

How do you care for your KINROSS cardigan?

You don't need to wash wool very often. Airing it out is usually enough. Need a wash anyway? Use a wool wash cycle, lukewarm water, a little detergent (preferably with lanolin!), and dry it flat. Wool can pill slightly—use a Gleener for that, and don't pick at it. We’ve made a video with all the tips: watch this video.

Wol is fantastisch

En dit is waarom:

Wol is een natuurlijk materiaal dat heerlijk warm aanvoelt en tegelijkertijd juist goed ademt. Het helpt je lichaamstemperatuur op een fijne manier in balans te houden, zodat je het minder snel te warm of te koud krijgt. Daarnaast kan wol veel vocht opnemen zonder klam aan te voelen, wat het extra comfortabel maakt. Door de natuurlijke eigenschappen blijft wol vaak langer fris, waardoor je het minder vaak hoeft te wassen. Ook is wol sterk, veerkrachtig en gaat het bij goed onderhoud jarenlang mee. Het is dus niet alleen fijn om te dragen, maar ook een mooie, duurzame keuze.

Was koud of lauw

Was wol altijd voorzichtig koud of op maximaal 30 graden, ALTIJD met een wolwasprogramma. Wol krimpt bij temperatuurswisselingen, deze heb je niet bij een wolwasprogramma. Let op, wolwas programma is en essentie anders dan het handwasprogramma!

Gebruik wolwasmiddel

Kies altijd een mild wolwasmiddel en vermijd gewone wasmiddelen, omdat die de wolvezel kunnen beschadigen.

Niet wringen of slepen

Behandel wol rustig, laat het niet zwaar uithangen als het nat is. Wring de wol nooit uit. Druk het water er voorzichtig uit en laat het kledingstuk plat drogen op een handdoek.

Luchten is het beste!

In principe volstaat luchten ook. Was alleen als het echt nodig is!
