Finally: here it is, THE yoga pants everyone has been waiting for. Made from organic wool silk with a wide waistband, because that's so much nicer! The cuffs at the bottom of the legs are narrow, as can be seen in the photo. The fit is amazing and everyone who has ever worn wool silk knows: HEAVENLY!

Woolen sports pants for yoga or relaxing

These lovely pants, made of a thick quality (let's say, like sweatpants) wool with silk, are truly a gift to yourself. I wear them for yoga, but also when I box. And yes, also when I come home after a long day. Then my shoes come off, Glerups go on, and these pants go on. The waistband is nice and wide so it doesn't pinch anywhere. The pants are true to size. I am a size 42 on the bottom myself and I wear size L.

Yoga pants made of wool and silk

that is something you must experience in your life. The exact composition of the material is 28% silk, 70% organic Merino wool, and 2% elastane. Produced in Germany, GOTS certified. You don't have to wash these pants; it is best to hang them out to air. If you do want to wash them, please read our wool washing instructions carefully. Now available in 3 colors! The yoga pants are made of a nice, thick quality jersey. It is a 240-gram fabric. It is not see-through and can be compared to French terry sweatpants, but made of wool and silk: how fantastic is that??

Washing advice:

In principle, you do not need to wash wool; watch our washing video for extensive washing advice for your woolen clothing and underwear. You will receive a booklet with all washing instructions. It is best not to wash wool and simply air it out. If you do want to wash it, ensure you always use the wool wash cycle and one of our detergents for wool and silk that contains lanolin.

70% biologische wol / 30% zijde is bijzonder

En dit is waarom: De combinatie van biologische wol en zijde is een van de meest verfijnde die er bestaat. Wol zorgt voor warmte, veerkracht en een natuurlijke isolerende werking; zijde voegt een ongeëvenaarde zachtheid en glans toe. Samen vormen ze een stof die heerlijk warm aanvoelt zonder zwaar te zijn, en die prachtig valt. Het is een materiaal dat je verwent: op je huid, en in je hoofd. Men zegt zelfs, dat de zijde in combinatie met biologische wol prikkel-reducerend is. Wel eens van het woord: "cocoonen" gehoord? Cocoonen betekent je bewust terugtrekken uit de drukke buitenwereld om binnenshuis in alle rust en geborgenheid te ontspannen. Het is afgeleid van het Engelse woord 'cocoon' (cocon), waarbij je je als een (zijde)rups in je eigen veilige coconnetje nestelt om op te laden. Dat is waarom wij zo van zijde, of biologische wol met zijde houden. Het reguleert je lichaamstemperatuur niet alleen, maar zorgt ook voor een beschermende filter. Selfcare dus! Ook fijn voor kindjes die op school veel last hebben van prikkels. Dit helpt ze om beter bij zichzelf te blijven.

Wassen met mate!

Was met de hand in lauwwarm water of gebruik het wolwasprogramma op maximaal 30 graden. Wol en zijde zijn gevoelig voor hitte en beweging, deze veroorzaken krimp.

Wasmiddel met lanoline

Gebruik een mild wolwasmiddel MET Lanoline, zoals ons wolwasmiddel LANALICIOUS.

Drogen

Druk het water er voorzichtig uit, wring nooit. Laat het kledingstuk plat drogen op een droge handdoek, uit de buurt van direct zonlicht.

Extra verzorging

Laat het kledingstuk regelmatig luchten in plaats van wassen. Bewaar het liggend om de vorm te bewaren. Pas je op voor motten?
