Do not use too much detergent and don't stuff your machine to the brim. Remove the shirt from the machine immediately after washing, gently pull it into shape, and let it air dry.
We would skip the dryer. Cotton can shrink faster in it, and the embroidery stays looking better if you let the shirt dry naturally.
And a small warning with white: definitely don't thoughtlessly wash it with new dark jeans or dark blue trousers. Dark colors and denim can bleed, and that is obviously quite a shame on such a bright white T-shirt.
