DEDICATED VISBY shirt – your new basic with a twist

Are you looking for a great basic that is just a little bit different? VISBY from DEDICATED is a real crowd-pleaser with a subtly playful edge. Thanks to the rolled-up cap sleeves and slightly boxy fit, this shirt has that little bit of extra flair without being loud. It’s the kind of top you’ll find yourself reaching for time and time again.

The fabric feels wonderfully soft and is, of course, made from 100% organic cotton. GOTS and Fairtrade certified, so you’re literally contributing to a fairer fashion industry. Whether you go for fig, black-green, or another color: VISBY comes in several shades, so you can choose what suits you best. The colors are deep, rich, and stay beautiful even after many washes. That is actually something I hear from customers a lot: "Finally a basic that keeps its shape and color."

VISBY has a slightly looser fit, so if you are between sizes, choose the smaller one. It looks beautiful tucked into high-waist jeans, but can also be worn loosely over a skirt. A favorite in the shop among women who love both comfort and style.

Washing tips for long-lasting enjoyment

Don't wash it too often (it really doesn't need to go in the wash after just one wear), use a small amount of detergent, and make sure not to overfill your machine. Remove your shirt from the washing machine immediately to prevent streaks. And if you were wearing jewelry, check to see if any snags have occurred. VISBY is durable, but it’s no superhero.

Biologisch katoen is bijzonder

En dit is waarom:

Biologisch katoen is een van de zachtste en meest huidvriendelijke materialen die er zijn. Het ademt goed, voelt vertrouwd aan en is makkelijk te wassen. Doordat het geteeld wordt zonder synthetische pesticiden of kunstmest, is het ook eerlijker voor de bodem en voor de mensen die het verbouwen. Biologisch katoen bevat minder chemische resten dan gewoon katoen, wat het extra fijn maakt voor mensen met een gevoelige huid — en zeker voor baby's en kinderen. Het is een materiaal dat je gewoon goed voelt: op je huid, en in je hoofd.

Wassen op lage temperatuur

Was biologisch katoen op maximaal 30 of 40 graden in de machine. Gebruik een fijnwasprogramma voor een langere levensduur.

Wasmiddel

Gebruik een mild, bij voorkeur biologisch wasmiddel. Vermijd bleekmiddel, dat tast de vezels aan.

Drogen

Haal je kleding DIRECT uit de wasmachine om wasstrepen te voorkomen. Laat het kledingstuk bij voorkeur aan de lucht drogen. Vermijd drogen in de droger, dat doet meer slecht dan goed voor je textielvezel.

Extra verzorging

Katoen is makkelijk te strijken op een middelhoge temperatuur. Was niet vaker dan nodig, luchten is vaak genoeg!
