I COMPLETELY understand why you are checking out this amazing scarf in our online shop, because OH, isn't it beautiful! I bought my first ERIBE TREELINE shawl myself while on holiday in Sweden. I was sold immediately because it is so incredibly soft, and most importantly, big! I seriously love going for nice long walks and lighting fires in the garden, and a large, lovely scarf like this is truly ideal for that. It’s also wonderful when I have to do a lot of work at my computer. It's not just a nice scarf; it also works perfectly as a cozy wrap. I’ve even slept under it once.

This beautiful large wool scarf from ERIBE KNITWEAR is made of lambswool and kid mohair.

I went ahead and looked up exactly what kid mohair is for you, and here it is: Mohair is a soft, comfortable wool made from the long, curly hair of the Angora goat. Mohair has a beautiful sheen, is very resilient, and is therefore used for the most luxurious fabrics. The finest mohair, also known as kid mohair, comes from the first shearing of a young goat. That sounds like something you want to wrap yourself in right away, doesn't it?

That's what I thought too.

Wol is fantastisch

En dit is waarom:

Wol is een natuurlijk materiaal dat heerlijk warm aanvoelt en tegelijkertijd juist goed ademt. Het helpt je lichaamstemperatuur op een fijne manier in balans te houden, zodat je het minder snel te warm of te koud krijgt. Daarnaast kan wol veel vocht opnemen zonder klam aan te voelen, wat het extra comfortabel maakt. Door de natuurlijke eigenschappen blijft wol vaak langer fris, waardoor je het minder vaak hoeft te wassen. Ook is wol sterk, veerkrachtig en gaat het bij goed onderhoud jarenlang mee. Het is dus niet alleen fijn om te dragen, maar ook een mooie, duurzame keuze.

Was koud of lauw

Was wol altijd voorzichtig koud of op maximaal 30 graden, ALTIJD met een wolwasprogramma. Wol krimpt bij temperatuurswisselingen, deze heb je niet bij een wolwasprogramma. Let op, wolwas programma is en essentie anders dan het handwasprogramma!

Gebruik wolwasmiddel

Kies altijd een mild wolwasmiddel en vermijd gewone wasmiddelen, omdat die de wolvezel kunnen beschadigen.

Niet wringen of slepen

Behandel wol rustig, laat het niet zwaar uithangen als het nat is. Wring de wol nooit uit. Druk het water er voorzichtig uit en laat het kledingstuk plat drogen op een handdoek.

Luchten is het beste!

In principe volstaat luchten ook. Was alleen als het echt nodig is!
