Material & care

Made of 100% baby alpaca wool – completely biodegradable, breathable, and temperature-regulating. The wool is not treated with chemicals; it is simply washed and steamed. Fair-trade produced in Peru, in collaboration with local families who pass down their craftsmanship from generation to generation.

Wash it as little as possible. Wool is self-cleaning, so airing it out is often enough. Still want to wash it? Do so by hand, in lukewarm water with a wool detergent containing lanolin, such as Lanalicious. Do not wring, do not tumble dry – simply lay flat to dry. This way, it will stay like new for years.
