ARMEDANGELS TIM PETROL knitted polo in organic cotton

Nicer than a sweater, but more relaxed than a shirt: the ARMEDANGELS TIM strikes the perfect balance between casual and smart. This fine-knit men's polo features long sleeves, a classic polo collar with a button placket, and a slim fit. Made from 100% organic cotton, it is soft, breathable, and comfortable.

The color PETROL is a deep teal shade that looks calm but has more character than a standard dark blue basic. It looks great with denim, black, grey, sand, brown, or ecru. With jeans, TIM is nicely casual; with chinos or trousers, it can easily be worn to the office or out to dinner.

Fit and styling

The ARMEDANGELS TIM has a slim fit, so it sits closer to the body than a straight-cut sweater. If you prefer a form-fitting, polished look, choose your regular size. Do you prefer your knitted sweaters a bit looser, or are you between sizes? Then a size up might be more comfortable.

Because of the fine knit, TIM wears more like a light sweater than a regular polo. It fits nicely under a blazer, cardigan, or overshirt without creating bulk. It’s perfect for days when a T-shirt feels too simple, a sweater is too sporty, and you don’t feel like wearing a shirt.

Organic cotton and care

TIM is made from 100% organic cotton and is GOTS and Fairtrade certified. These certifications set requirements for the material, processing, and social conditions during production. The cotton feels pleasant against the skin and makes this polo suitable for multiple seasons.

Wash the polo inside out at a low temperature with similar colors and use a small amount of detergent. Remove it from the machine immediately after washing, gently pull it into shape, and let it air dry. It is best not to tumble dry: heat can cause cotton to shrink and affect the fit.

Biologisch katoen is bijzonder

En dit is waarom:

Biologisch katoen is een van de zachtste en meest huidvriendelijke materialen die er zijn. Het ademt goed, voelt vertrouwd aan en is makkelijk te wassen. Doordat het geteeld wordt zonder synthetische pesticiden of kunstmest, is het ook eerlijker voor de bodem en voor de mensen die het verbouwen. Biologisch katoen bevat minder chemische resten dan gewoon katoen, wat het extra fijn maakt voor mensen met een gevoelige huid — en zeker voor baby's en kinderen. Het is een materiaal dat je gewoon goed voelt: op je huid, en in je hoofd.

Wassen op lage temperatuur

Was biologisch katoen op maximaal 30 of 40 graden in de machine. Gebruik een fijnwasprogramma voor een langere levensduur.

Wasmiddel

Gebruik een mild, bij voorkeur biologisch wasmiddel. Vermijd bleekmiddel, dat tast de vezels aan.

Drogen

Haal je kleding DIRECT uit de wasmachine om wasstrepen te voorkomen. Laat het kledingstuk bij voorkeur aan de lucht drogen. Vermijd drogen in de droger, dat doet meer slecht dan goed voor je textielvezel.

Extra verzorging

Katoen is makkelijk te strijken op een middelhoge temperatuur. Was niet vaker dan nodig, luchten is vaak genoeg!
