APU KUNTUR wool wrist warmers made of baby alpaca TAMIA

I cannot say it often enough, but if your hands are warm, the rest of your body usually is too. As I speak, I am sitting behind my laptop writing this text, wearing wool wrist warmers. Not because it is cold inside here, but because I often get very cold hands from computer work. And, because I just love beautiful accessories like these, but that is beside the point :-)

These pure wool wrist warmers from the brand APU KUNTUR are made of 100% baby alpaca

and have a beautiful color combination. We have them in two variations and they are unisex. The wrist warmers have a thumb hole and are double-knit. I have even worn them under my regular mittens while skiing. It is blissful to have that extra layer!

Alpaca is heel bijzonder

En dit is waarom:

Alpacavezel is een van de zachtste en warmste natuurlijke vezels die er bestaan. Het is lichter dan wol, hypoallergeen en bevat geen lanoline — waardoor het ook geschikt is voor mensen die gevoelig reageren op wol. Alpaca isoleert uitstekend, ademt goed en gaat bij goede verzorging jarenlang mee. Het is een materiaal dat je verwent: op je huid, en in je hoofd.

Wassen

Was alpaca met de hand in lauwwarm water of gebruik het wolwasprogramma op maximaal 30 graden. Alpaca is gevoelig voor hitte en wrijving.

Wasmiddel

Gebruik een mild wolwasmiddel. Geen bleekmiddel, geen wasverzachter en geen gewoon wasmiddel. Onze washpaca is perfect afgestemd op de behoefte van jouw favoriete kledingstuk van alpaca.

Drogen

Druk het water er voorzichtig uit, wring nooit. Laat het kledingstuk plat drogen op een droge handdoek, uit de buurt van direct zonlicht.

Extra verzorging

Laat alpaca regelmatig luchten in plaats van wassen. Bewaar het liggend en gebruik een cederhouten blokje om motten op afstand te houden.
