Jacquard: the pattern is actually in the knit
With jacquard, the pattern is incorporated into the garment during the knitting process. The herringbone motif is therefore not a print applied to the sweater, but part of the knit itself. This gives the fabric more depth and ensures the pattern remains beautiful even up close.

The color CHOCO

100% organic and mulesing-free lambswool
This sweater is made from 100% organic lambswool. Lambswool generally feels softer and finer than coarser wool types and offers plenty of warmth without the sweater becoming unnecessarily heavy.
Wool can absorb and release moisture, helping the material keep your body temperature pleasant. You stay comfortably warm without feeling trapped in a synthetic private sauna.
The wool used is also mulesing-free. The painful procedure known as mulesing is not practiced on the sheep from which this wool is sourced.
Store a wool sweater lying flat
After wearing and airing out PIM, store it folded in your closet. Knitted clothing can stretch on a hanger due to its own weight. This can create points, especially at the shoulders, and the sweater can slowly grow longer.
Hanging it temporarily to air it out is not a disaster, but for long-term storage, the rule is: fold it neatly and lay it flat. This way, the shape stays looking good for much longer.
How to care for the PIM wool sweater
Fortunately, you hardly ever need to wash wool. Hang the sweater outside in the shade after wearing or let it air out in the bathroom. It will often smell fresh enough for the next wear afterward.
Does it still need to be washed? Then always follow the wash label. Choose a wool wash cycle on a low temperature, use a low spin speed, and add only a small amount of suitable wool detergent. We recommend our LANALICIOUS wool and silk detergent.
Do not let the sweater soak and do not wring it out. Gently reshape it after washing and let it dry flat. Do not tumble dry, do not dry over a heater, and do not dry it wet on a hanger – unless you want to find out how much longer a wool sweater can get.
Pilling is part of natural wool
Due to friction, small fluff balls can form on lambswool, for example under the arms or in areas where a jacket or bag rubs against the fabric. This is a normal property of wool and says nothing negative about the quality.
You can gently remove this fluff with a Gleener fabric shaver. Lay the sweater flat, hold the knit taut, and use the appropriate fine-edge attachment. Work calmly and without applying much pressure so that the jacquard pattern remains beautifully intact.
