There are some sweaters that never go out of style. The HELAN GREEN from RECOLUTION is one of them: a classic zip-up skipper sweater, but crafted completely sustainably. Dark green, 100% organic cotton, vegan, and GOTS-certified. Timeless, rugged, and ethically made.

The zipper and high collar make this a sweater you’ll take everywhere. Open for a relaxed look, closed for extra warmth. The rib knit gives the sweater body and a lovely texture. Fit & styling

The HELAN fits true to size and has a straight cut. Ideal over a T-shirt, but also easy to layer under a jacket. Material & care

100% organic cotton – sturdy, breathable, and sustainable. Vegan and GOTS-certified. Wash at 30 degrees using a special wool or delicate cycle, use minimal detergent, and lay flat to dry to keep its shape. Do not bleach, do not iron on high heat, and it is best to avoid dry cleaning. Biologisch katoen is bijzonder

En dit is waarom:

Biologisch katoen is een van de zachtste en meest huidvriendelijke materialen die er zijn. Het ademt goed, voelt vertrouwd aan en is makkelijk te wassen. Doordat het geteeld wordt zonder synthetische pesticiden of kunstmest, is het ook eerlijker voor de bodem en voor de mensen die het verbouwen. Biologisch katoen bevat minder chemische resten dan gewoon katoen, wat het extra fijn maakt voor mensen met een gevoelige huid — en zeker voor baby's en kinderen. Het is een materiaal dat je gewoon goed voelt: op je huid, en in je hoofd.

Wassen op lage temperatuur

Was biologisch katoen op maximaal 30 of 40 graden in de machine. Gebruik een fijnwasprogramma voor een langere levensduur.

Wasmiddel

Gebruik een mild, bij voorkeur biologisch wasmiddel. Vermijd bleekmiddel, dat tast de vezels aan.

Drogen

Haal je kleding DIRECT uit de wasmachine om wasstrepen te voorkomen. Laat het kledingstuk bij voorkeur aan de lucht drogen. Vermijd drogen in de droger, dat doet meer slecht dan goed voor je textielvezel.

Extra verzorging

Katoen is makkelijk te strijken op een middelhoge temperatuur. Was niet vaker dan nodig, luchten is vaak genoeg!
