Wash the blouse inside out at a low temperature and use a small amount of detergent. Do not overfill the washing machine, so the fabric has enough space and does not rub unnecessarily. Let it air dry; preferably avoid the dryer, as such a beautiful, fluid fabric does not benefit from it.
Remove the blouse from the machine immediately after washing and hang it up neatly. Often, it will fall back into shape naturally. If you still want to iron it, do so at a low temperature and preferably inside out.
