Hirsch Natur thin wool baby socks navy

(H)onest 100% wool socks? So beautiful, warm, and soft for the little ones that even grandma has never knitted them like this! Made from 100% thin organic certified wool, so you can be sure the sheep have a good life, and from happy sheep we get not only beautiful, honest wool, but also warm feet!

You don't need to wash these thin wool socks for children.

Wool has the fantastic property of being self-cleaning,
so hang them out for a night, and you can wear them again the next day. You may wash them on a cold wool cycle. In a hand wash, temperature differences can cause them to shrink. Therefore, always ensure that the wash water stays at the same temperature.

Please note! Wool socks are great for wearing around the house, which is perfectly fine: but always wear them inside shoes or slippers. If you wear 100% wool socks as house socks, they will wear out quickly and holes will appear. These are easy to "darn," however. You can find instructions for this on YouTube. Additionally, wool socks are slippery: be careful when walking on stairs ? Unfortunately, holes cannot be completely prevented. Over time, 100% wool socks will wear out. It is also important that wool socks are not chosen too large or too small. Well-fitting footwear is also important to extend the lifespan of your socks.

Wol is fantastisch

En dit is waarom:

Wol is een natuurlijk materiaal dat heerlijk warm aanvoelt en tegelijkertijd juist goed ademt. Het helpt je lichaamstemperatuur op een fijne manier in balans te houden, zodat je het minder snel te warm of te koud krijgt. Daarnaast kan wol veel vocht opnemen zonder klam aan te voelen, wat het extra comfortabel maakt. Door de natuurlijke eigenschappen blijft wol vaak langer fris, waardoor je het minder vaak hoeft te wassen. Ook is wol sterk, veerkrachtig en gaat het bij goed onderhoud jarenlang mee. Het is dus niet alleen fijn om te dragen, maar ook een mooie, duurzame keuze.

Was koud of lauw

Was wol altijd voorzichtig koud of op maximaal 30 graden, ALTIJD met een wolwasprogramma. Wol krimpt bij temperatuurswisselingen, deze heb je niet bij een wolwasprogramma. Let op, wolwas programma is en essentie anders dan het handwasprogramma!

Gebruik wolwasmiddel

Kies altijd een mild wolwasmiddel en vermijd gewone wasmiddelen, omdat die de wolvezel kunnen beschadigen.

Niet wringen of slepen

Behandel wol rustig, laat het niet zwaar uithangen als het nat is. Wring de wol nooit uit. Druk het water er voorzichtig uit en laat het kledingstuk plat drogen op een handdoek.

Luchten is het beste!

In principe volstaat luchten ook. Was alleen als het echt nodig is!
