Wool sneaker socks! Finally, they're here. These shorter socks are perfect for summer or for wearing with your sneakers. This way, you never have to go without wool socks, even when it's not winter. Our Merel had been saying for years that we needed these, and a bit of lobbying with Hirsch worked wonders. These super sneaker socks are made of 85% organic wool and 15% elastane, so they can handle some wear and tear. However, please note that wool socks are always more delicate than socks made of synthetic materials or cotton. It is a good idea to purchase 2 or 3 pairs at once so you can rotate them.

and happy sheep give us not only beautiful, honest wool but also warm feet! Warm feet are oh-so-important for feeling comfortable. Anyone who has ever had cold feet in bed knows that it is very difficult to fall asleep. With warm feet, you keep yourself much more grounded. If you are the type who gets cold easily, consider our wool-silk underwear as well. Just like your wool socks, they are made of organic wool and/or wool with silk. They provide a warm, enveloping layer around your body, which reduces heat loss and regulates your warmth. This saves heaps of lost energy. You will notice that you sleep better and feel much less tired.

These socks are not suitable as slippers. 100% wool wears out faster than wool socks with a synthetic fiber blend. However, the comfort of wool socks is much higher than that of socks with synthetic fibers. Wear well-fitting shoes and/or slippers. If you notice the socks getting thinner, darn them with darning wool. It is a very simple and enjoyable task.
