Washing advice for wool-silk

You don't need to wash wool underwear very often. Hang the undershirt outside for a night or in the bathroom while you shower; it will freshen up by itself. Do you still want to wash it? Then use a COLD wool wash cycle, with little detergent and a low spin speed.

For our organic wool clothing, ALWAYS use a detergent containing lanolin. Our favorite detergent is Lanalicious. Lanalicious contains lanolin, and we consider that the most important thing. Just as you wouldn't polish leather shoes with water alone, you don't want to wash away the natural wool fats in your undershirts. With Lanalicious, you nourish the fiber, keeping your woolens soft, antibacterial, and odor-free.

How often do I need to wash it?
Much less than cotton. Airing it out is usually enough. Only wash it carefully with wool detergent once it has really become dirty.

Which size is best to choose?
Are you in doubt between two sizes? Then take the larger one. Because of the slim fit, the shirt will still fit beautifully and your child will have room to grow into it.
