All about this product

This one is for everyone who finds a plain, solid-colored sweater just a little too ordinary. The DEDICATED MALMOE HILLS is a sturdy sweater made of 100% organic cotton, featuring a beautiful all-over print of mountains, forests, cottages, and lakes. Think of it as a winter mountain landscape on your sweater—but fortunately, without needing to head off on a ski trip for it.

The dark blue background with the light-colored drawings makes the print striking, yet very wearable. And the quality is nice and sturdy: 400 gsm organic cotton. So, not a thin sweatshirt, but a quality sweater you can really count on.

  • 100% organic cotton
  • Fairtrade, GOTS, and ROC™-certified
  • Sturdy 400 gsm quality
  • Unbrushed loopback interior
  • Regular fit
  • Raglan sleeves
  • Crew neck
  • Ribbed cuffs at the neck, sleeves, and hem
  • Dark blue with light all-over HILLS print

What makes the DEDICATED MALMOE HILLS so great?

Just look at that print. Between the trees, you'll discover mountains, cottages, small lakes, and little paths. The longer you look, the more you see. And because everything is rendered as a hand-drawn landscape in a single light color on dark blue, it doesn't look loud or overwhelming.

As far as we're concerned, it’s just right: special, but not complicated. Throw on a pair of jeans and you're good to go.

How does the DEDICATED MALMOE sweater fit?

The MALMOE has a regular fit: not tight, but not oversized either. The raglan sleeves run diagonally from the neck to the underarm, giving the sweater a relaxed, classic sweatshirt shape.

If you want to wear it as intended, choose your normal size. If you prefer a slightly roomier fit, you can naturally size up.

What are the dimensions of the DEDICATED MALMOE?

The sizes below are the measurements of the sweater itself and not your body measurements. The chest measurement is the full circumference.

Size Chest Length Sleeve length from neck
S 107 cm 70.5 cm 77 cm
M 115 cm 71 cm 78 cm
L 123 cm 73 cm 79 cm
XL 129 cm 76 cm 80 cm

Unsure about the size? Grab a sweater from your closet that fits you well and compare the chest circumference and length. That usually gives a much better idea than just looking at a general size chart.

What material is the MALMOE HILLS made of?

From 100% organic cotton. And DEDICATED hasn't opted for a flimsy quality here: the sweat fabric weighs 400 gsm. That makes it nice and sturdy and gives the sweater that beautiful, substantial feel.

The inside is unbrushed loopback. This means that the interior isn't brushed to be fluffy but retains the signature small loops of sweat fabric. As a result, it feels sturdy and comfortable without having a thick, fleece-like interior.

Is the cotton in the DEDICATED MALMOE certified?

Yes. The organic cotton in this sweater is Fairtrade, GOTS, and ROC™-certified. ROC stands for Regenerative Organic Certified®, which, in addition to organic farming, also considers factors like soil health, animal welfare, and social conditions.

These aren't just empty words for a ‘sustainable’ sweater, but certifications that set strict requirements for how the material is produced.

How to style the MALMOE HILLS?

This piece doesn't really need much help; the print does the work for you. Combine it with dark jeans, chinos, or corduroy trousers and sneakers or boots, and you’re set.

Because it's dark blue, it’s much easier to style than you might expect with such a bold print. It also looks great layered over a shirt with just the collar showing.

How do you wash an organic cotton sweater?

Wash the MALMOE inside out at a maximum of 30 degrees with similar colors. Use a mild detergent—don't use too much—and it's better to skip fabric softener.

We also advise against tumble drying. Cotton can shrink due to high temperatures, and that won't do such a beautiful, sturdy sweater any favors. Gently reshape it after washing and let it air dry.

Frequently asked questions about the DEDICATED MALMOE HILLS

Does the MALMOE HILLS run large or small?

The sweater has a regular fit and runs true to size. In principle, choose your usual size. If you want to wear it a bit looser, you can opt for a size up.

Is the MALMOE HILLS a thick sweater?

Yes, it is a quite sturdy sweater made of 400 gsm cotton. However, the interior is not brushed or fleece-like, so it feels different than a thick, fluffy winter sweater.

Is the MALMOE HILLS made of 100% cotton?

Yes. The sweater is made of 100% organic cotton and therefore contains no polyester or elastane.

What are raglan sleeves?

With raglan sleeves, the sleeve seam runs diagonally from the neckline instead of straight across the shoulder. This provides a sportier, relaxed fit and allows for extra freedom of movement.

Can the DEDICATED MALMOE go in the tumble dryer?

We don't recommend it. The heat from the dryer can cause the cotton to shrink and the sweater to wear out faster. Air drying will keep it looking good for longer.

Biologisch katoen is bijzonder

And just like that, you were gone!
