ANUKOO scarf shawl 100% wool with fringes RED FLOWERS 180 x 70 cm
This is not exactly the kind of scarf that disappears inconspicuously between your coat and your neck. The ANUKOO wool scarf RED FLOWERS is large, colourful, and beautiful to behold on both sides. It is hand-woven from 100% wool and made using a traditional, highly labour-intensive jacquard weaving technique.
Thanks to its generous size of 180 x 70 cm, you can wear it in several ways: as a warm scarf, loose over your shoulders, or wrapped completely around you as a shawl. The fringes provide a lovely, nonchalant finish.

A hand-woven wool scarf with colour
RED FLOWERS combines warm shades of red, orange, pink, and olive with dark accents. The pattern is not printed on the fabric, but genuinely woven in. This gives the scarf great depth and ensures it looks beautiful from both sides.
Because of all these colours, RED FLOWERS is surprisingly easy to combine. Wear it over a neutral dark blue, brown, or black coat, or use it as a wrap over a simple jumper. Wrap it once, and your outfit is ready. Very handy for people who don't want to hold a complete styling meeting with themselves every morning.
What is jacquard weaving?
With jacquard weaving, the pattern is built into the fabric during the weaving process. The various colours and shapes are therefore part of the weave itself. This technique requires more time and craftsmanship than printing on a plain fabric.
You can see this in the many details and colour shifts of the RED FLOWERS. Due to the hand-made nature, small variations in the weave may occur. These are part of the character of a hand-woven scarf and actually make each piece unique.
Is this scarf large enough as a shawl?
Yes. With dimensions of 180 by 70 cm, RED FLOWERS is spacious enough to wear over your shoulders. Great for cool evenings, in a cold office, or just at home on the sofa. Outdoors, you can wrap it around your neck several times for extra warmth.
The scarf is made of 100% wool. Wool retains heat while remaining breathable. How wool feels on bare skin remains a personal matter. Are you sensitive to it? Then wear the scarf over your coat, jumper, or cardigan.
How to wash the wool scarf RED FLOWERS
Fortunately, wool does not need to be washed often. Air the scarf regularly and, if possible, treat small stains only locally.
Is a full wash necessary after all? Then wash RED FLOWERS carefully by hand and use a small amount of suitable wool detergent, such as our Lanalicious wool detergent with lanolin. Do not wring and do not tumble dry. Let the scarf dry naturally and only iron on a low heat if necessary. Bleaching is obviously not a good idea either. Unless you really want to say goodbye to all those beautiful colours, but we assume that’s not the case.
