Wool-silk leggings for children – pure comfort without microplastics
A wool-silk legging is one of those garments that, once you've tried it, you never want to be without. The same goes for children. At Natur-el, you will find leggings from Engel Natur and Hocosa, made from 70% organic wool and 30% silk – in sizes 92 through 152. They are wonderfully soft, breathable, non-itchy, and look beautiful in their natural colors.
Warm in winter, airy in summer
Wool is both warming and cooling. This makes these leggings ideal for all seasons. In winter as a base layer under trousers or a dress, in summer just on their own with a t-shirt. And the silk? It makes the material extra soft and protects against overstimulation. Even children with sensitive skin or eczema can wear these leggings perfectly well.
Mind the wear, it's part of it
Wool and silk are 100% natural and contain no synthetic strengtheners. That means: no microplastics, but also slightly less wear-resistant. Wear can occur, especially at the knees (think of crawling, sitting, romping). Our tip: alternate between two pairs of leggings to give the wool the rest it needs to last a long time. You can easily darn worn spots, and we also have knee patches in cheerful colors for extra protection.
Perfect fit, fairly produced
Engel fits slightly longer and narrower, Hocosa slightly wider and shorter – so there is always a fit that works. All leggings are GOTS and IVN certified, without chemical dyes or pesticides. Fairly produced from sheep without mulesing. And washing? Usually not necessary. A quick airing out is often enough!
