That is why I am such a fan of wool detergents with lanolin for our woolen clothing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBut alpaca? That’s a different story. Alpaca fibers do not contain any lanolin of their own. If you use a wool detergent with lanolin, you are adding a layer to the fiber that doesn't belong there. The result: less breathable, less soft, and sometimes even skin irritation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThat is why \u003cstrong\u003eWASHPACA is lanolin-free\u003c\/strong\u003e. Precisely formulated for alpaca, baby alpaca, and other delicate natural fibers.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eGentle on your clothes, gentle on your skin\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWASHPACA is eco-certified, vegan, and fragrance-free. No palm oil, no petrochemical nonsense, no perfume, and therefore no allergens. What is in it? Soapwort extract, a natural cleanser that has been used for centuries.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI often hear in the shop: “Detergent makes my skin itch.” This is such a great alternative for that. Dermatologically tested and suitable for even the most sensitive skin.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eHow to use WASHPACA\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis detergent is highly concentrated, so you don't need much. Hand wash: 10 ml. Machine wash (2.5 kg): 20 ml.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSuitable for all water hardness levels and temperatures. Always follow the care label on your clothing; that remains the primary guide.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eHonest advice from me\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDon't buy this if you are looking for something for regular sheep's wool sweaters. You are better off with a detergent containing lanolin for those. But do you have alpaca, baby alpaca, or sensitive skin?
