We cannot say it often enough: holes will appear in pure wool socks. For some people faster than for others. So it is a foregone conclusion that 100% wool socks will get holes. For some people it happens faster than for others. My boyfriend, for example, gets holes in his socks quite quickly, while I can wear mine for winters on end. There can be all sorts of causes, even the way you walk, the type of shoes you wear, or whether you wear them with or without slippers. Incidentally, it is explicitly our advice not to wear them as slippers. That is 1. Dangerous, because wool socks are super slippery, and 2. The wear and tear process is even faster.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eHoles in wool socks are therefore completely normal!\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDespite our advice, holes in wool socks can never be completely prevented, because this is simply part of the properties of wool.
