We cannot say it often enough: holes appear in pure wool socks. For some faster than for others. So it is a well-known fact that holes appear in 100% wool socks. For some it happens faster than for others. My boyfriend, for example, gets holes in his socks quite quickly, while I can wear socks for winters on end. There can be all sorts of causes, even the way you walk, the type of shoes, or whether you wear them with or without slippers. Incidentally, it is explicitly our advice not to wear them as slippers. That is 1. Dangerous, because wool socks are super slippery and 2. The wear-and-tear process goes even faster then.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2 style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003eHoles in wool socks are therefore quite normal!\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003eHoles in wool socks can therefore, despite our advice, never be fully prevented, because this is simply part of the properties of wool.
